Position Overview – Human Resources Professional

The selected candidate will support strategic HR initiatives, enhance data-driven decision-making, and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and processes across the university.

Job Requirements

Education:

• MBA / Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from an HEC-recognized institute

Experience:

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources

Preferred Skills & Expertise:

• Hands-on experience with HR Analytics and data reporting

• Strong working knowledge of SAP / ERP systems

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (dashboards, reporting, analysis)

• Exposure to AI-based HR tools and modern HR technologies

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities (Overview)

• Support HR planning, reporting, and analytics initiatives

• Manage and analyze HR data to support informed decision-making

• Assist in HR system optimization and ERP-based workflows

• Contribute to policy implementation, process improvement, and digital HR transformation
