Sales Promoter Job Details

Sales Promoter Responsibilities

The selected Sales Promoter will represent company-supplied electronic brands and accessories inside Virgin Megastore. The main responsibility is to engage customers, understand their needs, recommend suitable products, and help increase sales.

Key duties include:

• Promote and sell electronic brands and accessories.
• Explain product features, benefits, and prices clearly.
• Approach customers and maximize sales opportunities.
• Work toward assigned sales targets and incentive goals.
• Build positive relationships with customers and provide excellent service.
• Promote products including power banks, cables, adapters, iPhone cases, AirPods, headphones, speakers, and other accessories.
• Provide daily sales updates to the team.
• Maintain product visibility and proper presentation inside the store.
• Support promotional activities and work effectively with the sales team.

Candidate Requirements

Applicants should have strong retail or customer-facing sales experience. Previous experience in electronics or accessories sales is highly preferred, while Virgin Megastore experience will be a significant advantage.

The ideal candidate should be energetic, confident, proactive, and comfortable approaching customers. Strong communication, customer-handling, and persuasion skills are important for this role. Candidates should be target-oriented and motivated to work under an incentive-based sales structure.

There is no specific age requirement, and a UAE driving license is not required. Filipino and Indian candidates are preferred. Candidates based in Dubai are preferred, with flexibility to work in Abu Dhabi considered an advantage.

Working Hours

The Sales Promoter position follows rotational shifts:

• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Shifts may change on a weekly basis according to work requirements.
