Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
• Recruit technical, managerial, operational, and skilled labour positions.
• Coordinate bulk recruitment drives and overseas hiring campaigns.
• Maintain relationships with manpower suppliers and international recruitment agencies.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, and professional networks.
• Coordinate interviews, salary negotiations, employment offers, and onboarding.
• Maintain talent pipelines and prepare recruitment reports.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with UAE labour laws and company policies.

Job Requirements

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 4–6 years of recruitment experience is required, including at least 1–2 years in interior fit-out, events and exhibitions, construction, or joinery.

Applicants should have experience in white-collar and blue-collar recruitment, bulk hiring, overseas recruitment, and manpower supplier management. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and major job portals is also essential.
