Shalamar Institute of Health Sciences is seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as Head of Internal Audit. This leadership role offers an opportunity to strengthen governance, risk management, and internal control systems across SIHS entities.

🔎 Qualification & Experience

✔ ACA / ACCA / CA Inter
✔ 7–10 years of relevant experience in internal audit or risk management
✔ Experience in healthcare, nonprofit, or large-scale organizations preferred
✔ Strong analytical, leadership, and independent decision-making skills

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Internal Audit Department across SIHS entities
• Develop and execute annual audit plans
• Evaluate internal controls, risk management, and governance frameworks
• Present audit findings and recommendations to senior management and the Board Audit Committee
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Provide strategic insights to strengthen systems and institutional effectiveness
