Job Description:
We are urgently looking for a Management Trainee Officer (MTO – HR & Training) to join our team. The selected candidate will support HR operations, training coordination, and day-to-day administrative tasks while gaining hands-on professional experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the coordination of HR operations and employees
- Support training programs and documentation
- Maintain HR records and reports.
- Coordinate HR work with various departments
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding
- Complete assigned management tasks
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, BBA, Business Administration, or a related field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of MS Office
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Male candidates preferred
