Location: Karachi
Shift Timings: 09 hours (Flexible to work in rotational shifts)
Qualification: Intermediate or O/A Levels
Experience: Fresh to 1 year in BPO service with proficient English communication

Job Specifications:
Handle customer interactions for international clients through calls and written communication.
Communicate clearly and professionally in English to address customer queries and concerns.
Listen attentively to customer issues and provide accurate, timely solutions with empathy.
Identify customer problems quickly and escalate or resolve them as required.
Maintain complete and accurate records of customer interactions.
Skillset Required:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute for accurate documentation.
Strong listening skills with a customer-focused and empathetic approach.
Ability to analyze issues and provide effective solutions.
Experience in cross-border e-commerce, foreign trade, or international customer service is a plus.
