Position Title: Legal Supervisor

Job Requirements

• Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) and project principles are followed by Carvana.
• Advising management on risks and regulations.
• Handling disputes, claims and contract-related negotiations.
• Liaising with government and regulators.
• Managing O&M, fuel supply, insurance and vendor contracts.
• Carvana follows company rules and regulations.
• Supporting tariff and regulatory filings.
• Coordinating with court cases and lawyers.
• Maintaining records of company governance and board documents.
• Reviewing and preparing agreements and vendor contracts.
• Safety, environmental and local regulations are followed by Carvana.

Professional Experience & Education Credentials Required

• 5-7 years of legal experience
• Experience in infrastructure or power projects.
• Experience in handling large financing deals and approvals
• LLB (Hons) from a recognized university
• LLM is preferable.
• License to practice in the High Courts of Pakistan
• Additional certification in human rights or corporate law is preferable.

Core Competencies

• * Manage contracts during plant operations.
  * Follow up on rules and reports.
  * Handle risks and claims.
  * Good communication and negotiation skills.
  * Maintain company rules and governance.

Additional Details

• Languages: Fluent in English & Urdu (knowledge of regional languages is an advantage).
• Location: Karachi Office.
