𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support sales operations, manage inventory flow, and ensure smooth coordination between distributors, warehouse, and the sales team.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

• Keeping stock records and ensuring records are accurate

   

• Liaising with distributors for orders and deliveries.

   

• Handling the entire process from order taking to dispatch.

   

• Checking payment status and following up on payments in a timely manner.

   

• Supporting the daily work with the sales team.

   

• Banana sales and stock reports.

   

• Maintaining good relations between the warehouse, distributor and sales team.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or similar field

   

• 1 to 3 years of experience (Sales Coordination or Supply Chain).

   

• MS Excel and reporting are good.

   

• Good communication and follow-up skills.

   

• Able to work in a team on time.

   

• Strong organizational and coordination skills
