𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗛𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴! HR Executive

We are looking for a proactive and organized 𝗛𝗥 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 with strong experience in Recruitment, Payroll, and employee engagement.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗼:

• Recruiting and onboarding new employees
• Maintain employee records and HR documents.
• Handle payroll and timekeeping
• Manage attendance, leave, overtime and salary flow in HCM
• Handle employee payroll, benefits, and HR policy related questions
• Assist with employee engagement
• Handle medical benefits and insurance work, including claims and insurance company liaison

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿:

🔸bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
🔸2–3 years of experience in HR operations.
🔸Strong command over 𝗣𝗮𝘆𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗹 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁.
🔸Experience in recruitment
🔸Hands-on experience with HRMS (𝗙𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗛𝗖𝗠 𝗶𝘀 𝗮 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗹𝘂𝘀)
