Job Description

The Manager Supply Chain will be responsible for managing and optimizing the complete supply chain lifecycle, ensuring efficiency, cost control, and timely availability of products across the retail network. The role requires close coordination with internal teams and a strong focus on data accuracy and performance improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing end-to-end supply chain operations, including demand planning, forecasting, inventory management, and distribution

• Ensuring effective inventory control to minimize stock-outs and overstock situations

• Driving cost optimization initiatives across procurement, warehousing, and logistics

• Maintaining high standards of ERP data accuracy and reporting

• Monitoring supply chain KPIs and improving overall supply chain performance

• Coordinating with merchandising, production, and retail teams to align supply chain strategies with business goals

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience:

  • 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in supply chain management, preferably within the retail or fashion industry

• Education:

  • MBA in Supply Chain Management or a related discipline

• Strong proficiency in MS Office and hands-on experience with ERP systems

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills
