Job Overview:

UrbanSole is seeking an energetic Deputy Manager – Digital Marketing & PR to plan and execute integrated digital campaigns, manage brand storytelling, and oversee public relations initiatives while driving engagement across multiple digital platforms.

Eligibility Criteria & Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience:

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing & PR

Skills:

• Digital campaign planning and execution

• Social media management

• Budget handling and coordination

• AI-based content creation tools

• Strong communication and storytelling skills

Qualifications:

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline

• Proven experience in Digital Marketing & PR roles

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute seasonal marketing campaigns

• Develop storytelling content for brand communication

• Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn

• Manage monthly marketing budgets and coordinate with communication partners

• Utilize AI-based tools for content creation and campaign execution

• Oversee digital campaign productions and PR activities
