Position: Manager HR – Digital Transformation & AI
Key Responsibilities:
-
HR Digital Transformation & Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive HR digital transformation roadmap aligned with organizational objectives.

HR Technology & Systems Enablement: Lead enhancement and optimization of HR systems and platforms; partner with IT and external vendors to implement scalable, secure, and user-friendly HR solutions.

Employee Experience & Digital Enablement: Improve HR service delivery efficiency through modern platforms and self-service solutions; support adoption of digital tools across the organization.

People Analytics & Insights: Enable data-driven decision-making using people analytics, dashboards, and management reporting; support workforce planning and talent decisions.

Capability Building & Change Management: Drive adoption of digital HR solutions; build digital capability within HR teams through training, awareness, and collaboration.

Governance, Risk & Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory, data privacy, and information security requirements; establish proper controls and governance frameworks.

Team Leadership: Build, lead, and develop a high-performing HR digital transformation team; set clear priorities, performance measures, and delivery standards.
Education & Experience:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, IT, Data Science, AI & Machine Learning, or a related field.

Master’s in HR is a plus.
-
5–8 years of progressive experience in HR transformation, HR technology, digital initiatives, or related fields.
-
Proven experience leading enterprise-wide transformation or automation initiatives.
-
Banking, financial services, or regulated environment experience preferred.
Professional Certification (Preferred):

AI for Business
-
Generative AI / Prompt Engineering
-
Power BI / Tableau
-
SQL / Python (Basic-Intermediate)

Oracle HCM

Strong understanding of HR processes and operating models

Experience with HR systems, digital platforms, and analytics
