SR. EXECUTIVE PRODUCTION KNIT DIVISION

No. of Positions: 01 Job Location : Ombre Apparel Park (Lahore – Manga Raiwind Road)

Job Overview: This position ensures the availability of all necessary resources for production and performs production activities according to Lean principles to achieve cost reduction goals. Along with this, quality and productivity issues are resolved in collaboration with relevant stakeholders to maximize value and increase profit margins.All these activities are carried out in accordance with the company’s SOPs and prescribed guidelines.

Essential Requirements: Preferred Education: Bachelors in relevant field Minimum Experience: 3 to 4 years of experience in sew to pack production

Core Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of the complete production process, workflow, technologies and quality principles.
• Quickly identify and resolve daily production issues.
• Effectively manage time, labor and material resources.
• Ability to work in and listen to multiple productions at once.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
