Position: Sr. Executive / AM After Sales – Gensets

Location: Islamabad

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell services and visit new customers for business and related service jobs.
• Regularly meet all corporate clients to review ongoing service & maintenance and maintain service strategy in light of feedback.
• Advise higher management on technical aspects of envisaged new products.
• Responsible for growth in service & spare parts business ensuring stability and consistency.
• Keep records of all visits carried out and timely follow-up for business growth.
• Keep records of all invoicing for annual maintenance contracts and assist in follow-up of pending/outstanding payments.
• Must have a strong understanding of legal laws, rules, regulations, and standards.
• Liaise between suppliers, manufacturers, relevant internal departments, and customers for on-time deliverables.
• Timely inform the GM of clients turning away from Greaves services and arrange meetings with disgruntled and prospective customers.

Requirements:

• Education: Graduate or B.E from a reputable institute.
• Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in the relevant industry.
