About the Role

As an E-Commerce Operations Specialist, you will oversee day-to-day marketplace activities, ensuring smooth order processing, accurate inventory management, and optimized product listings. Key Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Process customer orders and coordinate order fulfillment.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain stock accuracy across all platforms.
• Create and manage product listings, including bulk uploads.
• Update product pricing and promotional campaigns.
• Handle customer returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Maintain product content, including titles, descriptions, images, and product variants.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams to resolve inventory and fulfillment issues.
• Monitor marketplace listings for pricing errors, inactive products, and out-of-stock items.

Candidate Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants should have:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in E-Commerce Operations.
• Experience with platforms such as Amazon, Noon, Carrefour, Shopify, or similar marketplaces.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage high order volumes.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
