Medical Representative / Sales Representative – Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for promoting the company’s healthcare services to a range of healthcare organizations and professionals. The position includes regular field activities, customer meetings, sales planning, and coordination with internal teams.

Key duties include:

• Promote AMSA Healthcare’s services to hospitals, clinics, physicians, pharmacies, and other healthcare providers.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and key stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Work toward monthly and annual sales targets.
• Conduct regular field visits and customer meetings.
• Present healthcare solutions and clearly explain their benefits.
• Prepare sales reports, customer feedback, and market intelligence.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments to provide excellent customer service and timely follow-up.
• Represent AMSA Healthcare professionally at meetings, conferences, and promotional events.

Eligibility and Qualifications

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medical Laboratory Science, Nursing, Life Sciences, or another medical or healthcare-related field. Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in medical or healthcare sales will have an added advantage.

Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are important for this position. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, target-oriented, comfortable with field sales, and willing to travel when required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is also expected. A valid UAE driving licence will be considered an advantage.
