Key Responsibilities

The Sales Director will lead, coach, and motivate the sales team while developing strategies to increase revenue and market presence. The role includes guiding agents through client meetings, negotiations, follow-ups, and deal closures. The successful candidate will also maintain relationships with UAE property developers, monitor team performance, and identify opportunities for business growth.

Requirements and Skills

Candidates should have strong experience in Dubai real estate sales, particularly off-plan and primary market properties. A proven history of meeting sales targets, managing teams, and building developer relationships is highly valued. Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, coaching, and business development skills are required. A relevant bachelor’s degree may be an advantage.
