Key Responsibilities and Technical Skills

Applicants should have experience in the following areas:

• Configuring and integrating BMS hardware and software, controllers, and field devices.
• Working with communication protocols such as BACnet and Modbus.
• Configuring graphics, point mapping, alarms, trend logs, and scheduling.
• Developing programming logic using Visual Logic, Niagara Wire Sheet, and PCT/CCT platforms; experience with these platforms is an advantage.
• Commissioning and testing BMS systems, including Niagara-based systems, Ascend Compass, and Facility Explorer.
• Reviewing technical drawings, specifications, and control strategies.
• Validating system functionality, troubleshooting faults, and resolving on-site technical issues.
• Installing and troubleshooting field devices, including temperature, pressure, differential pressure (DPT), and relative humidity (RH) sensors, as well as actuators.
• Coordinating and completing BMS preventive maintenance (PPM) activities on time and submitting the required reports.
