𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐚 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐲 is looking to hire a skilled and experienced professional for the position of 𝐊𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐬 𝐌𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐫.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Handle the entire merchandising process, from development to bulk production
• Field visits to factories and vendors and follow-up/issue resolution
• Good knowledge of CMTS processes, costs, and timelines
• Coordinate with vendors, factories, and internal teams for sampling, approvals, and production
• Onboard new vendors and maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers.
• Handle price negotiations, costs and trade terms
• Ensure quality standards and on-time delivery.
• Proactively resolve production and quality issues.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

• 3-5 years of experience in Knits Merchandising
• Prior work experience in retail and textile companies
• Good understanding of knits, CMTS, and merchandising workflow
• Skills in bargaining and negotiating with vendors
• Willingness to travel for field coordination
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
