Job Title: National Manager – Paint Industry

The position involves leading a national sales team, strengthening distribution channels, ensuring disciplined credit management, and contributing to product, pricing, and trade marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a sales team (20 people).

   

• Strengthen and expand the distribution network.

   

• Increase sales and increase market share.

   

• Manage credit and payments with distributors.

   

• Assist in product strategy and pricing.

   

• Plan and execute trade marketing activities.

   

• Maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.

   

• Monitor market and competitors.

   

• Set sales goals and track performance.

Requirements

• Sales leadership experience, paint or construction industry preferred.

   

• Good experience in distribution, channel and credit management.

   

• Experience managing sales teams in different regions.

   

• Planning and execution skills.

   

• Strong communication, negotiation and leadership skills.

Experience

10–15 years of sales experience with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
