Job Responsibilities:

• * Conducting physiochemical testing of **dairy products** and reporting quality issues to **Line Manager**.
  * Daily checking and calibration of **lab equipment** to ensure accurate results.
  * Maintaining product and process compliance with **company and quality standards**.
  * Monitoring **CIP (Cleaning in Place)** processes to ensure hygiene and food safety.
  * Adhere to **lab safety and hygiene principles** and maintain appropriate records for audit.
