Job Responsibilities:

• Lead multi-shift production and maintenance operations to meet safety, quality, cost, and efficiency targets, including rotating shift coverage as required.
• Coach, train, and develop teams to build accountability, strong communication, problem-solving skills, and continuous improvement behaviors.
• Monitor performance and manage daily operations, including employee requests, issue escalation, and cross-department coordination.
• Ensure compliance with GMPs, health & safety standards, and company policies, while leading by example and reinforcing plant values.
• Drive proactive improvements by identifying risks early and leading initiatives that enhance systems, processes, safety, quality, and cost performance.
