Position: Service Quality Officer
Responsibilities
Providing support in service quality work (reports, follow-ups and customer calls).
Checking service standards and customer feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
Reports, dashboards and trackers in MS Excel.
Coordination with different departments to resolve issues in a timely manner.
Unit Head – Service Quality is to assist in daily work or quality improvement tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration , Management or related field.
1 year of experience in service quality, operations or coordination
Good communication skills
Professional attitude and customer service mindset
Good communicator with diverse teams.
Ability to follow up, time management and basic analysis
Attention to detail and work under the guidance of a supervisor.
