We are looking for an experienced and hardworking Regional Sales Manager. Will the individual be responsible for selling pesticides and fertilizers in their region? Candidate should have good experience in selling agricultural products Knowledge of establishing and managing a distributor and channel network Experience in working with farmers Proven track record of achieving targets and gaining market share

• Created sales plans and achieved targets for their area.
• Lead and guide a team of Area Sales Managers and Sales Officers.
• Built strong networks with distributors, dealers and retailers.
• Conducted product promotions, field demos and meetings.
• Monitored the market and competitors.
• Received payments on time and maintained credit control.
• Created sales forecasts, budgets and reports.
• Followed company policies.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 & 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞

• Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, agribusiness, marketing or business administration
• MBA preferred.
• 10 to 12 years of sales experience (pesticides, fertilizers, seeds or agricultural products).
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a managerial or regional role.
• Understanding of crop rotation (crop cycle) and marketing
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience managing a sales area and distributor network.
• Willingness to travel extensively in the region
