Job Summary
The Executive – E-Commerce (ASEAN) will support the execution, optimization, and growth of the company’s online business across key ASEAN marketplaces and D2C platforms.
The role is ideal for a hands-on, detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of Southeast Asian e-commerce ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
Marketplace Operations
Manage day-to-day operations across ASEAN e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Amazon (where applicable), and brand D2C sites
Ensure product listings are accurate, optimized, and compliant with local marketplace guidelines
Coordinate product launches, price updates, promotions, and stock availability across markets
Sales & Performance Management
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance by country and platform
Track KPIs including GMV, conversion rate, traffic, AOV, ROAS/ACOS, and inventory sell-through
Prepare regular performance reports and insights for management
Promotions & Campaign Execution
- Running sales campaigns across the platform (mega sale, flash sale, etc.).
- Setting discounts, vouchers and special offers.
- Planning sales according to promotional calendar.
- Taking care of stock and orders.
- Working with supply chain and logistics team to ensure stock is full.
- Checking the risk of stock out or obsolescence.
- Coordinating with cross-border and local warehouses.
Digital Marketing Support
- Run paid listings on marketplaces like Medad Crane (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok).
- Coordinate with agencies for setup and optimization.
- Power efficiency and power monitoring
- Work closely with marketing, finance, supply chain, and customer service teams.
- Liaise with market plus managers and third party suppliers.
- Assist in compliance with local laws, labeling, and material support.
Key Skills & Competencies
Technical & Functional Skills
- Strong understanding of ASEAN e-commerce marketplaces
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of marketplace ads, promotions, and seller tools
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting
- Familiarity with cross-border e-commerce, last-mile logistics, and payment methods
Soft Skills
- Strong execution and follow-up skills
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple markets and priorities
- Good communication and coordination skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital sales, or online marketplaces
- Experience working with ASEAN markets is highly preferred
- Knowledge of FMCG, Health & Wellness, Beauty, or Consumer Goods, Pharmaceuticals is a plus
