Sr. Executive – Area Sales Manager (North)

Looking for a professional to support dealerships in daily Sales & Operations along with marketing activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for dealer’s sales target, forecasting, corporate/fleet business, sales staff training and implementation of Hyundai Sales Strategy. The applicant should have close coordination / liaison with dealer’s sales team with excessive traveling to different markets and cities including outstation dealers.

Qualifications:

• BBA/MBA (Preferably from reputable business institute).

Requirements:

• Up to 04 years of Auto Industry experience.
• The candidate must be currently working in, or have prior professional experience specifically within the Automotive sector.
• Good communication, interpersonal & analytical skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Position: Sr. Specialist (Projects & Maintenance) MEP

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional who shall be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of utility and MEP mechanical activities while ensuring compliance with engineering, safety, and operational standards. The incumbent will be responsible for coordinating with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders, as well as overseeing installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of utility systems including HVAC, plumbing, firefighting systems, oil-free air compressors, steam boilers, ETP, and LPG plant operations. The candidate will also monitor project progress, quality, timelines, and cost control, prepare technical documentation and reports, and contribute towards continuous improvement and optimization of utility and MEP operations.

Qualifications:

• DAE. Mechanical / B-Tech Mechanical

Requirements:

• 8-10 Year(s) experience
• Experience in project management, site supervision, testing, and commissioning
• Sound knowledge of HVAC, boilers, compressors, firefighting system, plumbing, and ETP systems
