Job Description:

• Overseeing all pharmacy work and submitting claims correctly.
• Follows hospital and DRAP rules.
• Checking claim stock and ordering before expiration.
• Separating expired claims without causing any loss
• Guiding and assisting staff.
• Working closely with doctors and nurses.
• Ensuring patient safety.
• Reporting a banana is essential.
• If there is a problem, take immediate action.
• Using the computer system correctly.

Requirements:

Education: Pharm-D from an HEC-recognized institution.
Experience: Minimum 8–10 years of experience in a hospital, including at least 3–4 years in a managerial or leadership role.
License: Valid registration with the Pharmacy Council of Pakistan.

• Strategic planning and budgeting knowledge
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Sound knowledge of DRAP regulations and healthcare compliance standards
• Proficiency in HIS and pharmacy management systems
