We’re Hiring: Retail POS Solution Architect

We are looking for an experienced Retail POS Solution Architect to design, lead, and deliver scalable Point-of-Sale solutions for modern retail environments. This role is ideal for someone who can bridge business requirements with robust technical architecture to enable seamless retail operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop the complete design of a retail POS system (store system, backend and cloud).
• Plan the best solution for POS, promotions, payments and inventory.
• Understand the needs of the business team and use the technical solution that will transform me.
• Integration methodology with ERP, CRM, loyalty program and payment system.
• Make the system secure, fast and scalable.
• The implementation team must be technically savvy.
• Recommend options after reviewing new POS systems and tools.

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong experience with Retail POS systems (e.g., SAP POS, Oracle Retail, NCR, Toshiba, custom POS solutions).
Solid understanding of retail business processes (store operations, pricing, promotions, payments, returns).
Experience with system integrations, APIs, and middleware.
Knowledge of cloud architectures, microservices, and event-driven design.
Experience with payment systems, fiscal compliance, and security standards.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have:

Experience with SAP S/4HANA Retail, CAR, or other enterprise retail platforms.
Exposure to omnichannel, mobile POS, or self-checkout solutions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
5–10 years of hands-on experience in POS end-to-end development.
