Ismail Industries Limited is seeking a driven and strategic Brand Manager to lead CandyLand’s portfolio through strong brand stewardship, consumer-centric thinking, and effective cross-functional execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute brand strategy and annual brand plans to drive growth and profitability.
Lead consumer insights generation, market analysis, and trend tracking to inform brand decisions.
Plan, manage, and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, and digital platforms.
Drive innovation initiatives, renovations, and new product launches.
Own pricing, promotions, and commercial strategies in close collaboration with sales teams.
Manage brand budgets while monitoring marketing ROI and effectiveness.
Lead cross-functional execution with R&D, Supply Chain, Quality Control and Finance functions.
Ensure timely product launches with full regulatory and quality compliance.
Manage external agencies, vendors, and key stakeholders to ensure best-in-class brand execution.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in multinational or local FMCG companies
Strong strategic thinking and brand management capability
Sound understanding of consumer insights, market research, and data analysis
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to manage innovation, product development, and financial and commercial decision-making
Proficiency in modern, digital, and integrated marketing approaches
