Job Description:
Branch Manager will be responsible for supervising and managing a branch with a focus on achieving assigned targets of CA, SA, Cross-Sell, Profitability, and other assigned targets while keep on improving the overall control environment of the branches considering laid down policies and procedures of the bank.

Experience: 5-6 years Branch Banking experience

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (Master’s will be preferred)

• Implement sales strategies to grow business and candidate base in preferred lounges.
• Oversee customer acquisition process and guide team
• Generate and convert strong leads
• Utilize portfolio, cross-selling opportunities
• Train and develop team in sales and customer service
• Promote a production-centric culture
• Improve and streamline operational performance
• Performance monitoring and relationship integrity
• Continuously and consistently

Qualification: Minimum Bachelors degree (master’s will be preferred)

Experience: 3-5 years experience in Branch Banking or at least 2 years in Priority Banking
