This full-time opportunity is suitable for graduates with practical experience in freight forwarding, shipping, customs clearance, and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will coordinate daily air and sea freight shipments, monitor delivery schedules, and communicate with airlines, shipping lines, transport providers, and internal teams.

Responsibilities also include preparing and updating shipping documentation, tracking shipment milestones, supporting customs clearance procedures, maintaining accurate operational records, and providing timely updates to clients. The Operations Executive will also assist in monitoring performance and improving logistics workflows.

Requirements & Skills

• Graduate Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant logistics operations experience.
• Knowledge of air freight and ocean freight processes.
• Familiarity with customs clearance procedures and shipping documentation.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and logistics management systems.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines.
• Strong record-keeping and problem-solving skills.
