Job Overview

• Reporting to: Area Sales Manager
• Location: Karachi
• Contract Type: Permanent

Key Accountabilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Manage and develop distributors, dealers and key customers.
• Lead, train and supervise order bookers/sales officers.
• Implement sales planning, offers and promotions.
• Monitor market trends, competitors and prices.
• Ensure product availability and good display in the market.
• Monitor secondary sales, collections and stock.
• Banana sales forecast and performance report.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors

• Bachelor’s/Masters degree
• 1-3 years of relevant experience
