Key Accountabilities

• Implementing innovation and renewal strategies across existing and new product portfolios, including cost reduction, continuous improvement and complexity reduction
• Ensuring the implementation of the innovation strategy in collaboration with group companies and various departments
• Conducting feasibility analyses of innovation pipeline projects, including cost, technical capabilities, and capital investment
• Complete projects within budget and timeline to remain competitive in the market
• Developing sustainable product solutions and identifying new market trends
• Providing support in strategic decisions and go-to-market planning

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering.
• 5-6 years of work experience in paperboard/corrugated packaging.
• Strong problem solving & analytical skills.
• Good Presentation & Communications Skills.
• Proactive and responsible.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Team collaboration and leadership potential.
