Requirements

Academic: MBBS or BDS. Candidates from allied health disciplines may also be considered if supported by relevant experience.

Professional / Desirable: Master’s in Public Health (MPH), Master’s in Healthcare Management, MBA, or postgraduate degree, diploma, or certification in Healthcare Quality, Patient Safety, or Hospital Management.

Experience: 3–5 years of progressive experience with reputable healthcare organizations.

Key Competencies:

• Understanding of the hospital’s clinical work and quality system.

   

• To follow rules and regulations and to follow the accreditation process.

   

• Good coordination and communication with consultants and staff.

   

• Strong understanding of hospital operations and clinical governance.
