Roshan Packages Limited is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Sales Operations to support our Corrugation Unit. This role will play a key part in streamlining sales processes, improving coordination between departments, and ensuring timely order execution and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Orders the sales team to help me.
• Check for delivery on time.
• Keep sales records and reports accurate.
• Answer customer questions.
• Provide better solutions after seeing problems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain or related field required.
• 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, commercial or order management (manufacturing would be a plus).
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP (SAP is good).
• Strong coordination, communication and problem solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
