Roshan Packages Limited is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Sales Operations to support our Corrugation Unit. This role will play a key part in streamlining sales processes, improving coordination between departments, and ensuring timely order execution and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team: Process and track orders.
• Work with production, planning and delivery teams to ensure timely delivery of cheese.
• Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
• Check order status and delivery time.
• Help me understand demand and sales.
• Answer customer questions (orders, pricing, delivery).
• Identify problems and suggest solutions to improve sales performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations / Commercial / Order Management (preferably in manufacturing).
• Strong command over MS Excel and ERP (SAP preferred).
• Excellent coordination, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
