We’re Hiring | IT Infrastructure Support Executive

We are looking for an Executive IT to ensure smooth operations of IT infrastructure, including Enterprise Network, Data Center, End User Computing, and Microsoft technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure for stable operations
Handle Level-1 & Level-2 IT support in coordination with the Helpdesk
Coordinate with vendors for Level-3 support and issue resolution
Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware & software
Ensure data backup, recovery, and IT security compliance
Support performance monitoring, capacity planning, and DR/BC plans

Requirements:

Hands-on experience with network infrastructure and IT peripherals
Strong knowledge of IT systems and applications
Team player with a proactive attitude
Education: MCS / BCS / BIT
Certifications: CCNA (preferred), CCNP (plus)
