BRANCH OPERATION MANAGER (KARACHI)
- Managing the daily operations and distribution of the branch.
- Taking care of cash and credit sales, timely collection.
- Daily stock closing and inventory reconciliation.
- Providing high quality service and satisfaction to customers.
- Recruiting, training and evaluating the performance of branch staff.
- Follows operational policies or regulatory standards.
- Monitors branch financial performance and achieves sales/profit goals.
- Resolves customer complaints professionally.
- Maintains branch safety and security protocols.
- Supports company initiatives to attract/retain new customers.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Master’s Preferred).
- 10 – 12 years relevant experience in warehousing & Logistics
- Microsoft AX Dynamics D-D365 Hands-on experience preferred.
