BRANCH OPERATION MANAGER (KARACHI)

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the daily operations and distribution of the branch.

   

• Taking care of cash and credit sales, timely collection.

   

• Daily stock closing and inventory reconciliation.

   

• Providing high quality service and satisfaction to customers.

   

• Recruiting, training and evaluating the performance of branch staff.

   

• Follows operational policies or regulatory standards.

   

• Monitors branch financial performance and achieves sales/profit goals.

   

• Resolves customer complaints professionally.

   

• Maintains branch safety and security protocols.

   

• Supports company initiatives to attract/retain new customers.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Master’s Preferred).
• 10 – 12 years relevant experience in warehousing & Logistics
• Microsoft AX Dynamics D-D365 Hands-on experience preferred.
