Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining accurate accounts and finances
• Checking ledgers, journal entries and month-end closing
• Reviewing bank and cash flow
• Monitoring vendor payments and receivables
• Coordinating with sales and distribution teams
• Recording sales returns, discounts and trade schemes
• Checking inventory and stock movements
• Calculating waste, expiration and damaged goods
• Preparing budgets and forecasts
• Preparing monthly, quarterly, annual financial reports
• Assisting management in decision making with financial analysis
• Supporting tax compliance and audits
• Working with ERP systems (SAP and POS)
