Key Responsibilities:
Maintaining accurate accounts and finances
Checking ledgers, journal entries and month-end closing
Reviewing bank and cash flow
Monitoring vendor payments and receivables
Coordinating with sales and distribution teams
Recording sales returns, discounts and trade schemes
Checking inventory and stock movements
Calculating waste, expiration and damaged goods
Preparing budgets and forecasts
Preparing monthly, quarterly, annual financial reports
Assisting management in decision making with financial analysis
Supporting tax compliance and audits
Working with ERP systems (SAP and POS)
