Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will assist with recruitment activities, including reviewing CV, shortlisting applicants, arranging interviews, and supporting the hiring process. Responsibilities also include preparing offer letters, employment contracts, and HR notices, coordinating employee onboarding, and maintaining accurate personnel records.

The HR Assistant will also monitor attendance and leave records while assisting employees with administrative requirements. Additional duties include supporting visa processing, Emirates ID applications, medical clearances, and government-related documentation.

Requirements and Skills

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 1–2 years of relevant experience. UAE-based applicants are preferred. Strong Microsoft Office skills and knowledge of HR systems are beneficial. Previous retail experience and familiarity with UAE Labour Law will be an advantage.
