Position: Executive – Quality Lab

Job Responsibilities:

• Strong knowledge of ISO and ASTM standards related to fabric and garment testing.

• Hands-on experience in fabric, garment, and physical testing, including CF, tear, tensile, and 3HL testing.

• Prepare, verify, and maintain accurate test reports and laboratory records in line with quality requirements.

• Ensure proper sample handling, result analysis, and coordination with QA/production teams for timely corrective actions.

• Conduct routine and non-routine tests to evaluate fabric and garment performance and compliance with specifications.

• Identify deviations and differences during testing and provide recommendations for improvement.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment, ensuring adherence to lab protocols and safety standards.

• Support product development and production teams by providing timely testing feedback and technical guidance.

• Stay updated with new testing methods, technologies, and industry standards to enhance lab capabilities.

Job Specifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering or Quality Management (QMS).

• Experience: Minimum 1 year, preferably in the textile industry.

• Skills: Strong knowledge of ISO / ASTM standards, ability to work in a fast-paced production environment, basic reporting and documentation skills.
