Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process customs documentation, including passing Bills of Entry.
• Manage customs clearance procedures using Dubai Trade and related platforms.
• Coordinate with transport teams to facilitate cargo movement and ensure timely deliveries.
• Support land freight operations and monitor shipment progress.
• Verify the accuracy of shipping and customs documents.
• Follow up on shipments to help ensure smooth and timely clearance.
• Maintain effective communication and coordination with relevant teams.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Previous experience in customs clearance within the UAE is essential.
• Practical, hands-on experience in passing Bills of Entry.
• Good working knowledge of Dubai Trade and related customs platforms.
• Experience in land freight operations and transport coordination.
• Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
